CBRE presents the North America Cap Rate Survey for the second half of 2018:

• Capitalization rates for U.S. commercial real estate assets were broadly unchanged in H2 2018.

• Industrial cap rates tightened marginally across all segments.

• Office, multifamily and hotel cap rates were generally stable.

I’ve been a little busy this year getting ready to onboard a new team member. God blessed us with our first daughter, Isabella Mae Freeman on February 8th of this year. Weighing in at a respectable 7 pounds, 4 ounces and measuring 20 inches, she is a powerhouse snuggler. I am looking forward to her bringing all of you smiles.

Unlike a traditional tun-key provider, our clients own the property from day one - not us - and therefore capture any equity we negotiate on their behalf. Secondly, our clients also have 100% transparency into the rehab process so they know exactly what their funds are allocated to. We will then manage the home for them on an on-going basis.
